Most B2B outreach is cold — a generic message sent to someone who has never heard of you. ClientX outreach starts warm: every sequence fires only after a real person has already visited your site, explored your product, and shown genuine buying interest. By the time your first message lands, they already know who you are.

Intent-Based Triggering

ClientX only starts an outreach sequence when a visitor crosses a meaningful intent threshold. To qualify for outreach, a visitor must first be identified at the company or person level, and then show one or more of the following buying signals:
  • Viewed your pricing page
  • Visited your demo or contact page
  • Returned to your site on multiple occasions
  • Scored above your configured intent threshold
  • Asked product-specific questions in the ClientX chat widget
Visitors who bounce without engaging are never enrolled — you only reach out to people who have already raised their hand.

Two Outreach Channels

ClientX runs outreach across two channels, and you can use them independently or together.

LinkedIn Outreach

Send automated connection requests and AI-drafted follow-up DMs to identified visitors via LinkedIn. Includes AI auto-reply for inbound messages.

Email Outreach

Send personalised multi-step email sequences from your own address — Gmail, Outlook, or SMTP. Sequences stop automatically when the lead replies.

Unified Inbox

Manage all inbound replies from LinkedIn DMs, email, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp in one place — with full lead context on every conversation.

How Outreach Sequences Work

You define message templates with AI personalization slots, set the timing between each step, and ClientX handles the sending automatically. Here is what happens under the hood:
  1. Enrollment — when a lead crosses your intent threshold, ClientX enrolls them in the matching sequence.
  2. AI personalization — before each message is sent, the AI fills in context from the lead’s profile, company enrichment data, and their chat conversation with your widget.
  3. Sending — the message is sent from your connected LinkedIn account or email address at the scheduled time.
  4. Stop on reply — the moment the lead responds, ClientX pauses the sequence automatically so you do not accidentally send a follow-up after they have already engaged.
  5. Handoff — high-intent replies surface a sales handoff option with a full lead briefing.
You can monitor every active enrollment, reply rate, and step performance from the Outreach dashboard.

Safety Limits

ClientX enforces conservative daily sending caps per seat to protect your accounts and stay within platform terms of service:
ChannelLimit per seat
LinkedIn DMsUp to 50 messages / day (default)
LinkedIn connection requestsUp to 20 requests / day
EmailConfigurable — defaults to your email provider’s limits
These limits are not suggestions — ClientX enforces them automatically. You cannot override the LinkedIn caps.
Outreach requires connecting your LinkedIn account or email provider before sequences can send. Go to Integrations to connect — see the LinkedIn guide or Email guide for step-by-step instructions.
