ClientX connects to Facebook and Instagram so you can capture lead ad submissions and reply to direct messages — all from one place. Every inbound message and lead ad form appears in your ClientX Inbox alongside your website chat conversations.

Facebook / Meta

The Facebook integration captures Lead Ad submissions from your Facebook Page as ClientX leads, instantly via webhook. You can also receive and reply to Messenger DMs from the ClientX Inbox.

Connect Facebook

Open the Facebook integration

In your dashboard, go to Integrations → Facebook / Meta and click Connect with Facebook.

Authorize your Facebook Page

You are redirected to Facebook to authorize access. Make sure you select the Facebook Page you want to connect and grant lead ads access when prompted.

Confirm lead ads access

On the Facebook permissions screen, accept the Lead Access permission. This allows ClientX to receive new lead ad submissions in real time.

Leads start flowing in

New Facebook Lead Ad submissions appear in your Leads dashboard automatically — no manual export or CSV upload required.
You must manage at least one Facebook Page to connect the integration. If you see a “No Pages found” error, make sure you have Page admin or editor access in Facebook Business Manager.

Instagram

The Instagram integration lets your AI agent auto-reply to Instagram Direct Messages using your ClientX knowledge base. Story replies and ad click-to-DMs are also captured as leads.

Open the Instagram integration

In your dashboard, go to Integrations → Instagram and click Connect Instagram.

Authorize via Business Login

You are redirected to Instagram to authorize access using the official Instagram Business Login API. This is the same secure flow used by all Meta-approved apps.

Select your Instagram Business account

Choose the Instagram Business or Creator account you want to connect. ClientX saves your Instagram account ID and handle automatically.

AI replies go live

When someone DMs your Instagram account, ClientX drafts a reply using your knowledge base. You can configure auto-send or review replies in the Inbox before they go out.
Instagram Business Login requires an Instagram Business or Creator account connected to a Facebook Page. Personal Instagram accounts are not supported by the Instagram Messaging API.

WhatsApp

WhatsApp integration is available for ClientX workspaces — contact support to enable it for your account.

Inbox

All Facebook messages and Instagram DMs appear in your ClientX Inbox alongside LinkedIn messages and email conversations. You can reply, assign conversations, and view the full lead profile without switching between apps.
