# ClientX: Convert Website Visitors into Pipeline with AI

## Core concepts

Understanding these five concepts will help you get the most out of ClientX:

**Workspace** — Your workspace is your account and brand unit inside ClientX. Every workspace has its own widget configuration, knowledge base, leads pipeline, and integrations. Your workspace slug appears in the embed script and identifies your agent to the server.

**Knowledge Base** — The content your AI learns from. You can add your website URL, paste raw text, or upload documents (PDF, Markdown, plain text). ClientX chunks and embeds this content so the AI can retrieve accurate, grounded answers rather than hallucinating.

**Leads** — Anyone who chats with your widget or is identified by visitor-intel becomes a lead. ClientX enriches leads with company data, intent scores, and full conversation history, giving your sales team everything they need before the first call.

**Campaigns** — Targeted conversation flows you configure to run when a visitor meets specific criteria (for example, visiting your pricing page twice in one week). Campaigns let you send proactive messages, run qualification sequences, or trigger automated outreach.

**Integrations** — ClientX connects to Cal.com and Calendly for demo booking, HubSpot for CRM sync, and LinkedIn, email, Instagram, and Facebook for multichannel outreach. Integrations are managed from the **Integrations** section of your dashboard.
